Most weeks fill up 3–7 days ahead, especially Fridays and Saturdays. Threading appointments often have same-week openings.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We don't charge cancellation fees, we just want to open the time for another guest.

We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but appointments always take priority. Give us a call at 510-529-4139 to check availability.

Threading is a very quick sensation. Most guests describe it as a brief pinch. If you're nervous, let us know and we'll go extra gentle and take breaks.

Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare. We include a small conditioning kit and aftercare tips with every lamination.

Yes, many guests do. We usually thread first, then tint. Budget about 35–45 minutes for the combo.

We use a premium hard wax formulated for sensitive skin. No strips required for most areas, and it's kinder to the skin and less painful than traditional soft wax.

About the length of a grain of rice, roughly 1/4 inch. If it's shorter, wait a few days. If it's longer, we'll trim before waxing.

Please pause topical retinoids at least 5–7 days before facial waxing to avoid skin lifting. Let us know at booking and we'll advise.
